Doctor:

Dr. Charles Mayer has owned and operated the clinic since 1965.  Dr. Mayer graduated from the State College of Washington, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1959.  Dr. Mayer has worked on all types of animals in his career, large and small.  He can also be found at the Eden Veterinary Clinic most mornings seeing patients. 

Veterinary Technician:

Shannon Casper is the clinic go to person for just about anything you might need.  She has been working at the clinic in one capacity or another for most of her life.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Purdue University and became a certified veterinary technician in 2009.

Andrea Mayer works as both receptionist and veterinary assistant at the clinic. She has been with us since 2005.  She has also been seen working at the grooming division and the Eden office prior to this location.  She has two cats and enjoys going out with friends.

Sharon Hansen works as our animal care attendent. She joined our staff in March of 2007.  Sharon assists with appointments, animal restraint, surgery, and laboratory work as needed.  She enjoys animals of all kinds, spending time with her son, family and friends.

Support Staff:

Jesse Casper came to the clinic in August of 2001 from Kaytee bird products. He works as both receptionist and veterinary assistant at the Fond du Lac and Eden locations. In addition, Jesse is a jack of all trades and can fix most things in and around the clinic. He & Shannon are married and have 2 children.

Cory Wierl joined our team in 2010. He is currently a student at Fond du Lac High School. He is an animal care attendant on weekends and other times as needed. Cory has 3 labradors at home and 2 cats.

Dr. Abigail Stowell joined our team in December 2010. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. She obtained her bachelors at UW-River Falls. Dr. Abby has previously worked in Osseo and Stevens Point. From a line of veterinarians, Dr. Abby is a great addition to our team! Dr. Abby recently adopted a labrador retriever named Maisie.
